In addition to being a proud member of the Chagrin Falls business community, we are highly supportive and involved in the local community with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland, Service Fellowship Church in Bainbridge, annual participant in the Chagrin Falls Blossom Festival and previous winner of the best float for the "Toilet King".
We are also proud sponsors of the Chardon High School's competition cheerleading squad, Mayhem Wrestling Club in Chesterland, and the Chardon High School's wrestling Takedown Club. In addition, Chagrin Valley Heating and Plumbing has partnered with Auburn Career Center to give HVAC students the opportunity for internships with a business and community leader!

Our Staff
Jason Lunder - Co-owner
Jason proudly served our county while serving in the United States Navy. He is the co-owner and a licensed plumber.
Jason has been married for over 20 years to his lovely wife and is the proud dad of three wonderful children.
Frank Tilocco - Co-owner
Frank received associates degree from West Side Institute of Technology in 1990 and is a licensed HVAC contractor.
Frank has been married to his beautiful wife for over 20 years and is proud dad of two awesome kids!
Anthony Tilocco
Anthony is a graduate of Chardon High School and earned his Associates degree in HVAC from University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH).
